Hey guys! I am aer1235, a Owner here and I manage staff!
Today, I felt like I needed to make a thread explaining how to get staff, how you move up to higher staff, and more fun things like that so that we can be as transparent as possible! So, without any further a due, here we go!
Helper, is the lowest staff rank. Below I will be explain how you can become a staff member!
**NOTE: Some of the requirements such as needing a rank to apply have not taken into effect yet.
Requirements for Helper:
*You must have a skype.
*You cannot be a staff member if you were/are banned/muted.
*You must be as active
* You must have at least 10 forum posts.
Although those are the requirements, we suggest going above and beyond them, giving the best possible situation to get staff.
Here is how the staff works:
HELPER: If you are accepted as a Helper, you get a few responsibilities so that we may gain trust with you. You will be able to temp. ban and mute. You will have no extra forum abilities, you are just here to help.
MODERATOR: After your 1 month helper trial, the Staff Management team will decide whether you should move up to Mod, or not. Once you move up to mod, you will be able to temp. ban and mute for longer periods of time. You will also be able to lock threads, and do reports/ban appeals.
ADMIN: After a few months of being a manager, you may have a small chance to be promoted to Admin, however the odds, will not be in your favor. Admins watch over the managers and make sure that they are doing their jobs correctly. Each admin picks a team to lead, and that is what they do. We will try to maintain 4 Admins at all times.
